We invite you to submit your abstract to share your latest research, breakthrough innovations, and forward-thinking insights at the NeuroWearX for Smart Aging workshop. This interdisciplinary event welcomes contributions at the intersection of wearable technology, artificial intelligence, and aging, and aims to showcase transformative ideas that empower older adults and reimagine healthy longevity.

All accepted abstracts will be presented in a dedicated poster session, offering global participants the opportunity to connect, present, and collaborate at the forefront of aging and wearable health innovation.

Topics of Interest
We welcome abstracts on topics including, but not limited to:

● AI-powered wearables for aging and personalized healthcare
● Sensor integration and ambient intelligence in aging-in-place systems
● Cognitive and physical health monitoring through smart devices
● Rehabilitation robotics and assistive exosuits for older adults
● Soft robotics and bio-integrated systems for geriatric care
● Neuroadaptive interfaces and brain-computer interaction for aging populations
● Fall detection, mobility support, and postural assessment technologies
● Smart clothing, AR glasses, and hearing augmentation systems
● Human-centered design for accessibility, usability, and digital inclusion
● Cross-cultural and ethical dimensions of smart aging technologies
● Co-design approaches and lived-experience-driven innovation
● Integration of wearable tech with smart homes and IoT ecosystems
● Emotion, trust, and neurocognitive factors in aging technology adoption
● Behavioral sensing, early disease detection, and intervention strategies

● Challenges, ethical considerations, and future prospects

Guidelines for Submission:
1. The submitted extended abstracts (short papers) should be 2 pages in length.
2. Authors should use the IEEE template: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html

3. Please include relevant keywords associated with your study.

Notification of Acceptance: July 7, 2025

Review Process:
All submitted abstracts will undergo a peer-review process by a panel of experts in the field. Accepted abstracts will be invited for poster session onsite.
